Return Policy: Defective Items Only
The St. Louis County Historical Society is committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is defective, please follow the steps below to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind or other reasons.
Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear description of the defect, along with a photograph if possible. Email us here.

Authorization: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back until you have received this authorization.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will process a refund for the original purchase price.
