Eligibility for Return

 

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind or other reasons.

 

Return Process

 

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear description of the defect, along with a photograph if possible. Email us here.

2. Authorization: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back until you have received this authorization.

3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will process a refund for the original purchase price.
